 The fastest growing segment of the American population is those of us reaching 65 years of age and over. Despite these large numbers, our voice, with its years of wisdom and common sense, is disregarded, devalued, belittled and silenced. This disrespect is wrong. In fact, Scripture (Job 12:12) states that our insight is more valuable than ever.
